This painting measures 9" (h) x 12" (w), 10” x 13” when including its frame.

I have to admit I LOVE roses. This particular rose is called Compassion. I grow it in my garden (purchased from the legendary Janet Inada at Rogue Valley Roses). The peachy pink is truly a fun color to mix, and I am obsessed with the purplish shadows on the petals in the sunshine. Tracking and sculpting the shapes of the petals is a true delight.
