Terms and Conditions
This website offers original oil paintings, note cards, stickers, stationery, prints, posters, art supplies for sale. Unless otherwise noted, all products are made by Sarah F. Burns. All work is copyrighted by the artist. Please contact me if you are interested in licensing images at art projectspace@gmail.com.
Shipping Policy:
Sales ship via USPS or UPS. They are packed and shipped within 2 business days. Shipping costs and times calculated by USPS or UPS.
Returns:
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase, in original condition. Please pack the artwork or items in its original container and packaging, or pay UPS to pack it safely. All return packing and shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and not refunded.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment, excluding non-refundable shipping costs, as soon as possible. Please note that refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times of payment providers.
No returns or exchanges for wholesale items.
How to initialize a return:
Make sure your order qualifies. Your item must be in original condition, and within 30 days of purchase.
Contact us at artprojectspace@gmail.com. Let us know you’re returning an item.
Carefully repack the artwork or items in their original packaging, or bring to a shipping location, like UPS, and have them pack it for you.
