Oil on linen mounted on hardboard with the best quality oil pigments. This piece is archival and will last for generations. The frame was constructed by fine furniture craftsman Jens Sehm in poplar and hand gilt by Sarah Burns.
This painting measures 16" (h) x 12" (w), 17” x 13” when including its frame.

Sometimes I imagine I’m making a painting that would fit into decor in an Alfred Hitchcock movie. Not that the painting is dark or spooky or anything - but watch his movies - the interiors are always so great. Neat with good materials. Carefully set up, even if it’s meant to be cluttered. This painting is one of those pieces.
