Original oil painting of classic bright red roses with bright white lilies in a crystal vase on blue velvet with gray background. It feels like a painting that might be in someone's home in an Alfred Hitchcock movie. Elegant but understated.

This framed painting measures 15”W x 19”H and was created on stretched linen with visible texture from the linen and impasto of the paint.

Fine furniture craftsman Jens Sehm made the frame and it was hand gilt with a subdued slightly distressed bronze gilding.
