I hold live, in-person workshops every month at Project Space, my studio in Talent, OR. These are ONLY available to artists who first take an online course.

Why?

Efficiency for your growth! 

The online courses are essential for focusing on the theory and principles behind our painting strategies. Try them out! You will love them - even if you don’t love taking classes online. This is the right place to start - learn to understand the principles, practice them with exercises at home, then when you’re ready, come see me for a workshop. Even if you’ve been to art school or taken a lot of workshops - my online course is different - I promise! You won’t just be watching someone paint, you’ll be learning fundamental principles and seeing lots of examples so you can deeply understand the crucial points. 

The in-person workshops are optimized for individual growth. Each of you are at different stages and have different goals. Small classes allow each artist to get what they need, when they need it. My in-person studio workshops are limited to four students, plein air painting workshops are limited to 15. 

Separating the two avenues of study allows me to connect with students in an efficient and personal way. 

Once you have taken an online course, you will be added to the email list to hear about all the in-person workshops.
